Senior Teaching Assistant

To support the Learning Support Manager with the management and learning of students who withdraw themselves, or who are withdrawn from their scheduled classes due to short term difficulties. Under the direction of the Learning Support Manager to manage the withdrawal room and ensure that it is set up, maintained, managed and utilised as effectively and efficiently as possible in accordance with agreed Marland policy & procedure.
As a member of the Senior TA Team you will undertake occasional cover supervision of whole classes as / if required. Also, you will be required to plan, deliver and report on, individual phonics interventions on a 1:1 basis.
