This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of the current highly respected incumbent in August 2025.  Due to this we seek a suitably qualified and experienced school leader / manager to join our supportive, professional, forward thinking and friendly staff team commencing September 2025.

Each school has its own Headteacher and leadership team, all reporting directly to the Executive Principal (EP).  Each Headteacher also shares Deputy Principal responsibility for the whole school (all sites).

Marland has a successful Ofsted track record. It works closely with its SENtient Trust and DSSH partner special schools and with Devon LA.
