Teacher

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher at our Bideford based Primary School - commencing 3rd September 2026.   

This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, high quality staff team in this challenging but highly rewarding specialist field.

The ideal candidate will:

 - Have experience of delivering the Primary Curriculum,

- Have a commitment to working in partnership with staff, parents and external agencies to provide maximum          support and excellent learning opportunities for all students;

 - Be an outstanding teacher who is passionate about encouraging all children to achieve success; - Be ambitious       to support and extend the learning opportunities for all of our students;

- Be able to build effective relationships with students who have SEMH related SEN;

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be passionate about inclusion and meeting students' individual needs.

- Be highly motivated, resilient and committed to securing the best possible outcomes for our students.

- Be positive, proactive and solution focused.

 - Have high expectations of yourself and the students you work with.

 - Have a good understanding of working with students with special educational needs.

- Be a team player with a good sense of humour.

Salary: MPS/UPS/SEN 1 or 2 depending on experience.
