The post is a fixed term appointment on a 1:1 basis and involves supporting a student  in Key Stage 2, whilst the student remains at School in the classroom and during many varied off-site activities, so a willingness to work in a range of learning environments is essential. You will need to be an effective communicator who is skilled at building relationships and passionate about helping young people develop socially, academically and emotionally.

Ability to travel according to the needs of the job, with reasonable adjustments, if required, according to the Equality Act.

£19,810 - £20,445 per annum

£13.26 - £13.69 per hour (pending pay award)
