Outdoor Ed Instructor
The post holder will deliver a highly rewarding Outdoor Learning & Sports curriculum to small groups of Marland students. This will include delivering or facilitating these high-quality learning opportunities through a broad range of off-site and on-site activities. This curriculum will be aimed at developing the social, emotional and subject skills of each student, including self-esteem, risk assessment and management, teamwork, interpersonal and leadership potential. This will be achieved through a varied outdoor learning / experiential programme.

This role is 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum.
Salary: £26,251 - £28,988
